What is Babatude.com?
Babatude.com offers customers from all round the world, a fantastic range of lovingly selected, individually sourced, stylish gifts, fashion, lifestyle, accessories and home decor items for baby/kids (not forgetting mums and dads too !), from designers and artists based in different international locations.
How does it work ?
You do not need to have an account to buy on Babatude. Babatude.com works by introducing you to the designers and their products. Products purchased from us, are shipped directly to you from our designers. You can buy from as many different designers as you wish and pay through one easy checkout. Babatude handles the payment and acts as an intermediary between yourself and the designer. We notify each designer of the products you’ve purchased and in turn you’ll receive a confirmation email of your order.
Where do Babatude designers deliver their items to?
The tremendous number of our designers delivers to any destination in the world (where legally permissible in their country of origin). If a designer doesn’t ship to your country, we will let you know.
What do I do if I have questions regarding my order ?

What payment methods does Babatude accept?
We accept payments by Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Solo, Visa Electron American Express and PayPal
Is it safe to use my credit card online at Babatude.com?
Yes. We operate a safe and secure policy and verification process. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud
How can I view products in other currencies ?
To change a currency, please use the top navigation button, where you will see a drop down box that allows you to change between GBP, EUR, and USD.
How can I sell my products on Babatude ?
Whilst we current invite our designers to join us, of course we would love to hear from any independent retailers or artisans with unique talent and beautiful products that our customers would love. Please feel free to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us a little about yourself and your products.
Who do I contact regarding a query?
We handle customer service directly and if necessary will include the respective retail partner or designer. Customers can contact us via email at email@example.com. If the customer has a product query that we cannot answer, we will put them in touch with the Seller directly.
What is the cancellation and refund policy at Babatude.com?
Every designer on Babatude’s marketplace has their own policy as to refunds. Please refer to each individual product page where you will see all relevant information.
What is the delivery policy at Bababtude.com?
As Babatude.com is an online marketplace connecting designers with buyers, we are not directly involved with the shipment of goods purchased on our website. Each designer has their own specific shipping methods and timeframe for delivery. Please refer to each individual product page where you will see all relevant information.
What currencies can Bababtude.com handle?
You can pay using US Dollar (USD), UK Pound Sterling (GBP) or Euro (EUR). And just to make shopping really easy, you can choose your preferred currency from the list in the top right corner of the page and all prices will be displayed in that currency.
How do I search for an item?
It’s really easy to have a browse through our site and our exceptionally talented designers work and products. Have a look around or be inspired by a few other ways ;:
Search box simply enter any word, name, type of product or designer you are looking for.
Drop down menus You can shop by department. The sub-categories make it even easier to find what you’re looking for
Advanced options At the bottom of each page and on general product category pages, you will be able to search further by
- price (from high to low / low to high)
- free global delivery
