Delivery & Returns
All products listed on our website are shipped directly from designers based all over the world, so delivery times will vary.
Delivery times are indicated on each individual product page. Please remember that items which are made-to-order may take a bit longer to arrive.
Many designers offer free local or global delivery. Other designers base their charges on product factors such as the weight, size and shipping destination. We do ensure that our designer’s delivery charges are fair and reasonable. Delivery costs are indicated on each individual product page.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock. We do encourage our designers to dispatch their items within 3 working days. Occasionally due to uncontrollable circumstances, products may be delayed in their dispatch to you. In these situations, we will inform you to the best of our knowledge and ask for your patience and understanding.
Some goods may be subject to import duties and/or (local) taxes which are not reflected in the purchase price. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Babatude cannot be held liable for any such additional charges.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require the Sender to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Please remember that if you are buying items from multiple designers, then the items may well turn up at different times.

Request a speedy delivery
If you would like a package sent express delivery, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your information and we’ll get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.
We really do hope that you are thrilled with the products you receive from our talented designers; however we do appreciate that it may be necessary to return goods.
We do our best to ensure that our designers return policies are fair and reasonable. The return policy for each item can be seen on the individual product page. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us directly within 7 days of receipt of delivered goods, to email@example.com and we will pass on your details to the relevant designer.
We request that all returned products are sent directly to the relevant designer within 14 days of the date of cancellation. Returns received outside this time scale are accepted at the discretion of the designer and are therefore not guaranteed.
Please do not destroy or dispose of any products which may be faulty, until return arrangements have been discussed and confirmed with the designer.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. For return delivery, we request that you please obtain proof of posting, as designers cannot be held responsible for any lost returned deliveries. The customer is responsible for any return delivery charges.
Where possible, we will arrange an exchange of goods for you with the designer.
In the case of faulty or damaged goods, you will be fully reimbursed for the cost of the product and its return delivery.
As soon as the designer has received your returned goods, permitting all timeframes and return conditions are as listed above, we will immediately arrange for your refund or exchange.
Goods that are made to order and have been put into production cannot be returned or cancelled unless the order is damaged or defective. In this case, a replacement will be arranged and delivered to you as soon as possible.
We kindly ask that you review each designer’s policies which are clearly stated on each individual product page, before making a purchase. Neither Babatude nor the designers can be held responsible for failure to do so.
Refunds are made within 7 working days of the designer receiving the goods back.
Refunds are credited back to the credit card / debit card / PayPal account, where the purchase was made.
