Returns 

We hope you are delighted with your purchase.    If you are unhappy with your goods, you may return them for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding P&P). Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in an unused state.  Please email us at hello@babatude.com and we will help inform you of where to return your product.   For goods received that are not as ordered or are faulty (unused), please email us at hello@babatude.com stating the order number and nature of the problem.  You can return any item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be returned to us unworn and in original condition. We advise to send your shoes back via a guaranteed delivery service or get proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.
